The next time we meet will be after the testing period. We will then look at the results and decide where your next ad spend should go.

Stick with Facebook Insights.
You will learn quickly how to navigate through it and measure the results of your campaigns. But, if you've already connected your website to a GA account, great. If not, DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT!
Unless your site has multiple landing pages and offers for consumers, GA is nothing to panic about.
If you don't have a one-page, mobile-friendly website, we can create one with you and teach you how to make changes to it without needing any technical knowledge, e.g., if you are comfortable posting on Facebook, a WordPress site is just as simple to use!

Our fees, like Facebook Ads, are efficiently priced.
To give you an idea of how much services like ours cost, there are at least four different pricing models to consider…
The four different pricing models to consider are…
- Flat Fee: If you need our help to launch a specific campaign, a flat fee would make the most sense. The flat fee also includes your campaign "setup."
- Hourly Rate: We can charge for the number of hours we spend – one-on-one – helping you learn Facebook Ads Manager until you're comfortable using it on your own.
- Seasonal or Monthly Retainer: As your business grows, a seasonal (or monthly) retainer relationship would be the next step in getting help to sustain the growth.
- Based on Monthly Ad Spend: Larger clients with monthly ad budgets of $10K+ pay based on a percentage of their monthly ad budget.
How long before my campaign starts?
We Believe in Total Transparency.
As a client, you will learn up front how long it will take us to do what you need done and at what cost. Four to five days is about average for how long it takes to get your first campaign up and running.
BONUS: For an hourly rate, we will coach you through the process of setting up an ad and getting a campaign running efficiently so you can see how it’s done.
Then, if you so choose, you can manage the process from that point on yourself.
Time Management – one-on-one with you.
IMPORTANT: We DO NOT work with more than two clients in any given week, assuring you of proper one-on-one time with our team leader, Bruce (based on first-come-first-serve priority).
We must also establish how much contact we should have – before and after the work is done – to make it fair for both parties. We can't have clients sending more emails than are necessary, or phoning us out of the blue expecting us to drop everything (many small business owners can relate to this) to provide help on the spot. It's not fair to you or us!
Also, the setup fee (mentioned above) will vary in amount depending on the level of service you need and the plan you already have in place. We don't know how to make it any more fair than that!

So, here are some of the things you need to think about that will have a bearing on our setup fee and the content of our initial Skype/Facetime or phone call session:
- Allow for at least a 30 minute, uninterrupted conversation over Skype, Facetime, etc.;
- Tell us about any keyword research or audience targeting you've done or at least have started;
- Do you have ideas for different ads to be used during the launch cycle?;
- Tell us about any images (including how many images and/or videos) you can provide;
- Ad copy is critical, do you have ideas or would you prefer to write the copy together?
- We will need to how best to communicate daily messages, weekly updates, and reports, etc.

Teaching people how to use and navigate Facebook Ads Manager and Audiences is not one of our advertised services. People hire us to do that for them, because we understand the important nuances.
- If you want to learn, we will teach, but rates are $50/hour, with a $500 deposit.
In 10 hours we will launch your first campaign and you will understand enough about the process to do it again; - We realize the $500 amount is about the same as our setup fee, but we like working with people who want to learn for themselves as much as they can about Facebook Ads!
- Layered targeting is the technique we use… smaller audiences but better ROAS!

To help us calculate your setup fee, please fill in any blanks on the form that apply to you, then send to us.
You must have at least $1000 CDN to invest in this project to cover our time and marketing inputs, plus the cost of your launch cycle ad spend (which should be approx. $500 to spend on ad campaigns).

It's all about Getting the Ads right!
Refreshing your ad creatives frequently is very important, as audiences – especially smaller ones – will tire of the same old creative fairly quickly. So, injections of new ads on a weekly or minimum bi-weekly basis for audiences of 5,000 or less is advised. (Don't forget, you can always archive ads and use them again at some point down the road).
Plus, we must keep a close eye on the ad's Relevance Score often to the ad is gaining traction. The best strategy is to rotate fresh ads into the same ad set, making notes of any trends being set. That info will be used as inspiration for creating future ads.
Once you get to know the ad content that will work best for you, ad creation will come more naturally, and take less time!
